Mongolia is an unknown quantity to most Japanese people, and it has seen steady economic growth over recent years while possessing great potential. We work to develop trade between Mongolia and Japan while also engaging in the business of tourism that leverages the country’s majestic scenery and working to convey the appeal of Mongolia to Japan.
Furthermore, with a focus mainly on fluorite - a mineral resource that Mongolia is the world’s third largest producer of - we hope to help resource-poor Japan make its future dreams a reality through the development of the Berkh Delgerkhaan mine owned by WAYO-Fluorite LLC.
The Delgerkhaan mine is located in northeastern Mongolia’s Khentii Province, and is being developed jointly by three companies from Japan, Mongolia, and Germany. We will extract and supply quality fluorite, which is seeing increasing demand in a wide range of fields that include renewable energy, electricity, optics, and communications.
